New Arrivals: Peruvian single-farmer Project 121 microlots fresh in!

Through our Project 121 program we help roasters build exclusive relationships with an individual farmer at origin. Here are the stories behind the lots we've recently received from our Peruvian small holder farmers…

We're extremely pleased to have our fresh crop Peruvian Project 121 coffees arrive!

All lots are grown in the Cajamarca region of Northern Peru, nestled high in the Andes with heights of up to 2,700 metres above sea level. The coffees are all certified Organic, Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade.

Project 121 has been designed to provide Australian roasters with the chance to build direct, secure partnerships with a single producer. Each season we select a limited number of single-farmer microlots on the basis of the relationship, sustainability and quality of the producer and product.

Check out their stories below and for more details contact us at trading@hab.com.au or call us on (03) 9853 0328.
